About Ryan TracyRyan Tracy grew up in Lawrenceville, Illinois playing basketball, football, baseball, and motocross.
After becoming more competitive with racing I quickly realized that fitness played a huge role in getting to the next level. After excelling in multiple fitness regimens, I earned my pro license and competed for over ten years as a motocross and supercross level athlete. My first experience with CrossFit was in 2012, which proved to be very humbling and also life changing! About Josh DeCausey
I am 38 yrs old originally from Lawrenceville. I played football and wrestled in high school. I work full-time in the Oilfield. Because the oilfield slowed down considerably last year it gave me an opportunity to achieve a huge goal of mine. Last May I weighed about 268 lbs and was unhappy and decided to set my mind on making big changes in my life. I started out slow with just a little bit of cardio and "old school" weight training and I didn't results. I decided I wanted something different, something more challenging and that is when CrossFit came into my life. It was everything I was looking for. The challenge I needed to keep me motivated, the results I needed to keep me going, and surrounded with a community that is like family now. I have lost about 70 lbs in this journey and I am in the best shape I have ever been.
