CrossFit Classes. Are you ready to reach your goals?

Upcoming Classes

At CrossFit Iron Up, we have up to 6 class times available 6 days a week for our athletes.  You will find the schedule below.  However, athletes will only have access to these classes if they have completed our Jumpstart program.  Jumpstart is a tutorial-based introduction to CrossFit in which we teach many of the major movements and methodology CrossFit has to offer to ensure athletes start off on the right path with correct form. For individuals with no prior CrossFit experience, no worries. We will scale accordingly based on fitness level.

Jumpstart is 11 mandatory sessions spanning 4 weeks.  Athletes must complete ALL sessions and graduate from Jumpstart before proceeding to regular classes.  Class times for Jumpstart are listed below.

We accept Drop Ins at Iron Up.  The fee for a Drop In is 10 dollars.  Athletes who Drop In have to have prior CrossFit experience or be a current member at an affiliate.

FREE DAYCARE PROVIDED FOR JUMPSTART MONDAY AND FRIDAY FOR THE 3:45PM AND 6:30PM CLASS

*Athletes may choose either of the class times to attend.  Please contact us if you are interested in Jumpstart but the times conflict with your schedule!
